Martin Bloemendal en Robert Vissers
Martin is an experienced business analysis professional and is holder of IIBA’s ‘Certified Business Analysis Professional’ (CBAP), ‘Agile Analysis Certification’ (AAC) and Product Ownership Analysis Certification (CPOA)*. Martin has worked for the Dutch tax authority, ABN-AMRO, ING, Rabobank, Sociale Verzekerings Bank, Atradius, Randstad, transavia.com and is currently employed by Entrador. In his spare time Martin is part of the board of the IIBA Dutch Chapter of which the last three as chairman. As an active board member and chairman of IIBA NL has held multiple knowledge sessions related to business analysis to many organizations. Martin is a strong advocate of the application of best practices and wants to contribute to the maturity of the business analysis profession.

Robert holds the position of Lead Business Analyst at Sogeti and is a Certified Competency in Business Analysis (CCBA) professional accredited by the International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA). His career began in actuarial roles, but he transitioned into the realm of business analysis with a focus on the insurance sector. Over the years, Robert has contributed his expertise to renowned organizations such as VodafoneZiggo, ABN-AMRO, DAF Trucks, DSW, The Ocean Cleanup, AEGON, and the Dutch Tax Authority.

What’s happening in the BA domain is clarified by lifting a piece of the curtain from BABOK v4 and the specific directions IIBA is looking to as data analytics and cyber security. Additionally Robert and Martin will share their thoughts on how current developments on AI will fit in and impact the BA profession.
